Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Beyond The Masks on talkwellacademy.co.uk. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital content and your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital content contract within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already started accessing the digital content and you gave explicit consent for access to begin before the 14-day period ended.

2. What you agree at checkout

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm you understand that immediate access to course content begins upon payment and that this waives your statutory right to cancel. Once this consent is given and access begins, no refund is available.

3. If you have not accessed the course

If you have not accessed the course within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing kam@talkwellacademy.co.uk. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days.

4. Technical problems

If you believe there is a technical fault preventing your access, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve it, and a refund may be considered where access cannot be reasonably restored.
